Credit or debit card details are required as part of our secure online booking process and to act as a booking guarantee.
Breakages and Damage
All damages and breakages must be paid for. If not paid in cash at the time, a reasonable amount will be taken from your Credit card and the receipt posted to the given address or email.
We try to ensure that all rates quoted are accurate. However, in the event of a rate calculation error, we reserve the right to amend our quotation. Should this occur, we will advise you by email to the address supplied within 24 hours. You may then either accept the revised rate or cancel your booking without incurring any cancellation charges.
We try to maintain accurate room availability information for our on-line booking service. However, in the event that the accommodation booked has already been offered to another guest through direct contact with us, we reserve the right to cancel your booking, within 24 hours of it being made. If unforeseen circumstances arise and we are unable to honour your booking, we reserve the right to cancel but this would always be a minimum of 4 weeks before your arrival and we would endeavour to find you alternative accommodation.
Arrivals and DeparturesStrictly no late arrival, without prior arrangements. Check out by 10am on departure day.
A deposit of the first nights stay per room will be taken from your card account and the receipt will be headed Seabreeze BB. On arrival at Seabreeze, Guests can choose to pay the remainder of your bill by cash, or by card.
To cancel your booking please contact Seabreeze Guest House directly by email, using the contact details shown on your booking confirmation email. Bookings must be cancelled in writing by email. If booking is cancelled 14 or more days before arrival date your deposit will be refunded less £50. Late cancellations (less then 14 days before arrival) the deposit will not be refunded and the whole booking fee will be charged. Non-arrivals will be charged to your card at the full value of the booking. In the unlikely event that the management of Seabreeze need to cancel the booking for circumstances beyond their control, the deposit will be refunded in full.
Food in Rooms
Please note that no hot food or takeaways are permitted in guest rooms.
